Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of decorify.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Last updated 13 August 2026. We may update these terms; the version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

1. Who we are

decorify.com is operated by Klebanov, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company trading as Decorify.

Klebanov, LLC
3037 Davenport Way
Pennsburg, PA 18073
United States
support@decorify.com

Pennsylvania entity number 6501561. Decorify is a registered fictitious name of Klebanov, LLC, filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State on 7 August 2026. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform we sell through.

“We” and “us” mean Klebanov, LLC. “You” means whoever is using the site or placing the order.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s consent. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, and you may not use our work in any way that breaks the law where you are.

3. What we make

We paint custom watercolour artwork from photographs you supply, and print it to order as a digital file, a fine-art print, a framed print, or a framed canvas.

Every piece is made after you order it. Nothing is held in stock. That single fact shapes most of what follows.

The artwork is painted digitally from your photograph and then printed. We do not describe it as hand-painted, because it is not.

4. Your photographs, and your rights in them

You keep every right you already had in the photographs you send us. You grant us a limited licence to use them for one purpose only: making your artwork.

We do not publish your photographs, sell them, share them outside our production chain, or use them to promote Decorify without asking you first and getting a yes.

By uploading, you confirm three things:

  • You own the photograph, or have permission to use it this way. If a professional photographer took it, that usually means asking them. We cannot check this and we rely on you.
  • Everyone recognisable in it is content to be painted. For a child, that means their parent or guardian.
  • It is lawful, and yours to send.

If someone tells us a photograph was used without their permission, we will stop work, delete the file, and refund you. We would rather lose the order than be part of that.

5. Our artwork

The painting we produce is our original work. You may hang it, photograph it, give it away and otherwise enjoy it without restriction. You may not resell it as a product, use it commercially, or reproduce it for sale.

6. The proof, and the point of no return

We send a proof within 24 hours. You may ask for revisions without limit until you approve it, at no charge.

Approval is the point of no return. Production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled. Please look at your proof properly before approving it.

If we have not heard from you 48 hours after sending a proof, we print it as sent, so a gift is not left waiting. Tell us if you would rather we held it, and we will.

7. Prices, payment, and orders we cannot take

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid — the price you paid is the price.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and we will tell you why and refund you in full when we do. The usual reasons are a photograph we cannot work from, a request we cannot fulfil honestly, or an obvious pricing error.

Occasionally a page carries a mistake — a wrong price, a wrong specification, a wrong delivery estimate. We correct errors when we find them, including after an order is placed. If a correction changes what you are buying or what it costs, you can cancel for a full refund.

8. Delivery, returns and privacy

These live in full on their own pages, and those pages form part of these terms rather than being repeated here:

9. Colour, screens and materials

We show our work as accurately as we can, but no two screens render colour identically, and paper and timber are physical things with variation in them. A frame’s grain will not match its photograph exactly. Small differences of this kind are not faults.

Anything beyond that — a piece that does not match the proof you approved, or arrives damaged — we remake at our cost.

10. Using the site properly

Please do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, infringe anyone’s rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, impersonate someone, or interfere with how the site works. We may end your access if you do.

11. Links and tools we do not control

The site may link to third parties, and may use third-party tools. We do not control them, we do not vet them, and we are not responsible for what they do. Their terms are theirs, and worth reading before you rely on them.

12. What we are responsible for — and what we are not

We are responsible for making the piece you approved, to the standard shown in your proof, and for putting it right at our cost if we fail.

We are not responsible for a photograph that cannot produce a good painting — though we will tell you before we make it, not after. We are not responsible for delays caused by a carrier, a weather event, or anything else outside our control, though we will always help you chase it. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Some states do not allow those limits, in which case they apply as far as your state permits.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms — in practice, this is about photographs you did not have the right to send.

13. Ending this agreement

These terms apply for as long as you use the site. You can stop at any time by no longer using it. We may end your access if you breach them. Anything either of us owed the other before that point still stands.

14. The remaining housekeeping

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to. These terms, together with the pages linked in section 8, are the entire agreement between us, and replace anything said beforehand. Section headings are for convenience and carry no legal weight.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

16. Questions

Anything about these terms: support@decorify.com, or through the contact page. A person answers, usually the same day.
