By email the moment your piece ships — after your proof is approved and the 4 to 6 business days of making are done.
Give it three business days. Scans go missing far more often than parcels do. If it has been longer than that, write to us and we will chase the courier ourselves — you should not have to be the one calling them.
Check with neighbours and around the property first, and give it 24 hours: parcels are quite often scanned before they are handed over. If it still has not appeared, tell us and we will open a claim and remake the piece.
Before your proof is approved, yes, and for free. After that a piece already in production may have to be remade, and we will tell you honestly what that costs before doing anything.
