The Decorify text message service (the "Service") is operated by Klebanov, LLC ("Decorify", "we" or "us"). Using the Service means you agree to these Text Message Terms. We may change or end the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent the law allows, we may also change these terms at any time, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
What you'll receive
By signing up for Decorify texts, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Decorify at the mobile number you gave us, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. They may include service messages (for example order updates, portrait proofs ready to approve, and order deadlines) and promotional messages (for example sales, offers and cart reminders).
You don't have to sign up to buy anything, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Taking part is completely voluntary.
Cost and frequency
We don't charge for the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan with your wireless provider. You are responsible for any charges your wireless provider makes for text messages.
How to stop
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to +1 (866) 389-8259, or use the unsubscribe link where one is included. You'll receive one confirmation text, and no further messages unless you sign up again.

Other terms
We may change the phone number we use for the Service and will tell you if we do. Messages, including STOP or HELP, sent to a number we no longer use may not be received. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please give us a valid mobile number; if you change numbers, sign up again with the new one. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any message, errors in a message, or anything done in reliance on one.
Privacy
