A digital image of your finished painting, sent to you before anything is printed. It is the whole point of how we work: you see exactly what you are getting while it is still free to change.
Yes, as many times as you like, at no charge. Reply to the proof email and tell us what you want different. Nothing goes to print until you approve.
If we have not heard from you 48 hours after sending a proof, we print it as sent so your order is not left sitting. If you need longer, just say so and we will hold it.
Before you approve the proof, yes — tell us and we will sort out any price difference either way. After approval the piece is in production and cannot be changed, though the 30-day return still applies once it arrives.
Any time before you approve your proof, for a full refund. After approval the piece is being made for you specifically and cannot be cancelled.
