How and when you are charged.
What can I pay with?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, through Shopify's checkout.
When am I charged?
At checkout, when the order is placed — before the proof stage. If you cancel before approving your proof, you are refunded in full.
Is my card safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Do you take discount codes?
Yes — there is a field at checkout. One code per order.
My payment was declined
Usually the billing address not matching the card. Check that first, then try again or use a different method. Nothing is charged on a declined attempt, though a pending authorisation can take a day or two to clear.
